Our promise
One Africa. One Coaching Community.

Coaching education in Africa, for Africans at home and in the diaspora.
Who we are
We operate independently of any government. We are a group of humanitarian coaches, adaptable and strategic thinkers who respond quickly to changing and pressing social and sports-related needs, promoting coaching education in Africa for Africans at home and in the diaspora.
We aim to strengthen bonds of solidarity between all indigenous and diaspora coaches of African descent, and non-African coaches who support our mission and cause. We have exhibited high levels of integrity and transparency in budgeting and in all our endeavours, and we acknowledge the importance of Africanised expertise within the NGO framework.
To promote coaching education in Africa through consistent, well-organised delivery of critically important coaching: grassroots sports development, advanced coaching education, an enabling coaching environment, coach welfare, empowerment and advocacy, always with integrity and transparency.
To connect, unite, and provide sustainable opportunities and welfare for coaches of African extraction and friends of Africa, in Africa and in the diaspora.
Propelling factors
Our drive to challenge ourselves as a team to creatively overcome obstacles and obstructions to a better living for coaches.
Our passion for adding or creating value where little or none exists, positively transforming the lives of coaches and the communities they serve.
Our goodwill and commitment to the integrity of our mission, for the benefit of our directors, volunteers, stakeholders and the communities we serve.
Core values
Our principles
Every coach and athlete is treated with dignity.
Coaching practised with care, knowledge and accountability.
Doing what we say, transparently, in every endeavour.
One community across the continent, the diaspora and supporters.
